Mental Health Therapists & Counsellors - Online / Remote
We are seeking fully accredited Mental Health Therapists and Counsellors with a minimum of 3 years adult experience to provide online counselling on a flexible schedule. Choose your own hours and enjoy free access to 390 courses to support your professional development.
Estimated annual earnings range from $78,000 AUD to $114,550 AUD, paid hourly for clinicians working 25-35 hours per week across the full year.*
*Estimated earnings are not guaranteed and are based on 52 working weeks. Actual income may vary depending on caseload, client engagement, and conversion rates. A further 12% of the compensation goes toward superannuation.

Our Client
Tradewind is proud to partner with a client providing direct counselling and therapy through online video and telehealth sessions. Their mission is to remove traditional barriers to therapy and make mental health care accessible to everyone. Founded in 2013, they have grown internationally through the USA and Europe and are now building their Australian remote workforce of experienced clinicians.
They have partnered with Tradewind Australia to access our expertise in the Mental Health Recruitment sector.

We are recruiting licensed therapists and counsellors to join an organisation of more than 30,000 clinicians worldwide. These roles suit practitioners wanting to supplement their income, build their private practice, or work fully remotely with a steady flow of clients.

Skills & Experience Required
To be considered, you must have:
* Minimum 3 years paid experience counselling adults
* Your own ABN
* Current valid registration at one of the following levels (Strictly no exceptions, must be active to proceed):
* ACA - Level 3 or 4
* PACFA - Clinical membership
* AASW - Accredited Social Worker, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, or Clinical Social Worker that is visible on the AASW website registry.
* AHPRA - General registration (Psychologist)
* APS - Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology member
Additionally, you will need:
* A private environment suitable for online sessions
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to pass a background check
* A reliable internet connection
