**Key Accountabilities**
- Maintaining superb written and spoken communication proficiencies.
- Following a rotating schedule, spanning from 7 am to 10 pm, covering all days of the week, including public holidays.
- Rotating shifts every 4 weeks.
**Key Requirements**
- 2-3 years of customer service exposure in call centers, administration, or retail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous exposure to governmental operations is advantageous, though not obligatory.
- Familiarity with office environments and protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Teams.
- Swift adaptability to novel systems and software.
