Our client an Australian owned, internationally recognised manufacturer require an experienced Machine Operator for their day shift operation Monday - Friday. Key Duties
1. Operate machinery and use tools as trained and as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
2. Set up machines to start a production cycle.
3. Control and adjust machine settings as required.
4. Read and interpret engineering drawings as required & follow instructions.
5. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tool as required.
6. Be aware of Workplace Health and Safety within the business.
7. Other duties as assigned to you, having regard to your skills, training and experience.
* Previous experience in Machine Operation
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Physically fit for manual handling
* Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
* Availability for day shift Monday-Thursday 6.30am-3.00pm Friday 6.30am-1pm
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
