SHRI Homes is looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator / Client Relationship Coordinator to support our growing sales pipeline.
This is not a hard sales role. The focus is on lead follow‐up, CRM updates, client communication, appointment booking and supporting the sales team so every enquiry is handled professionally.
You will be responsible for making sure no lead is missed, every follow‐up is completed, and every client receives a warm and professional SHRI Homes experience from the first contact.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in sales support, customer service, property, real estate, mortgage broking or administration who wants to grow into a stronger client relationship role.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and follow up new enquiries.
* Book appointments and support the sales team.
* Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, land status, budget and timing.
* Keep CRM updated with notes, stages and next steps.
* Send follow‐up emails and messages.
* Prepare weekly lead and pipeline reports.
* Support client nurture, review and referral follow‐ups.
We're looking for someone who is:

* Strong with admin and CRM systems.

* Positive, accountable and willing to learn.
Experience in real estate, property, mortgage broking, building, customer service, sales support or admin coordination will be highly regarded.
