We are looking for an experiencedGoogle Ads Specialist to join our established team in a full-time, office-based role at our Abbotsford office (not a hybrid role).
About The Role
As our Google Ads Specialist, you will take ownership of managing, optimising, and improving paid search campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You will work across Google Search, Display, Remarketing, and Shopping campaigns, with a strong focus on driving leads, conversions, ROAS, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
This position is suited to someone with2–3+ years of agency experience who is confident working across multiple client accounts and is passionate about delivering strategic improvements.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
* Launch new Google Ads campaigns tailored to client goals.
* Conduct comprehensive keyword research and manage keyword targeting.
* Review search terms, placements, audiences, and campaign targeting to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Write and test compelling Google Ads copy.
* Monitor daily ad spend, conversions, leads, revenue (where applicable), and overall campaign activity.
* Manage monthly Google Ads budgets effectively.
* Analyse campaign performance to identify and implement strategic improvements.
* Review landing pages and suggest actionable conversion rate improvements.
* Track campaign performance and prepare detailed monthly reports for clients.
* Collaborate with the wider team to improve client results and retention.
* Liaise with Google Ads clients to respond to technical questions and provide campaign-related support.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 2–3 years of agency experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
* Proven experience with Search, Display, Remarketing, and Shopping campaigns.
* A strong understanding of Google Ads best practices and paid search strategy.
* Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads reporting tools.
* A solid grasp of digital marketing KPIs, including leads, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.
* A general understanding of eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
* A proactive, action-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Bonus: Experience with landing page optimisation and A/B testing is highly beneficial.
