We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support our Sustainment Operations Business Units. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys driving program execution, business unit growth opportunities, and developing their team while implementing a positive workplace culture.
This leadership role will ensure that the business unit leadership team and their programs receive the necessary financial resources to deliver high-quality financial management and reporting, cost performance reporting, and other financial support.
* Demonstrated leadership and management skills
* Strong collaboration and team building focus
* Ability to contribute to and execute a business strategy
* Experience managing complex commercial issues
* A graduate or post-graduate degree in finance, accounting, law, or similar with at least 10 years' relevant experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Relevant business, accounting, or finance degree
* Post-graduate professional membership with CPA/CAANZ or equivalent
* Proven leadership skills and management techniques
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior managers and executive stakeholders
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to deliver high-quality results on time
