About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team! You will bring exceptional leadership and retail management capabilities that will support our team and prioritise and enhance a customer‑centric retail experience for our customers. Your expertise in retail operations and business acumen will be crucial in optimising the store’s performance and profitability. Additionally, your strategic planning prowess and business development capabilities will drive growth initiatives forward. Community engagement and connection is at the heart of what we do, so your passion for fostering relationships, partnering and supporting local initiatives will be invaluable. Technological savvy and adaptability are also essential as we embrace digital tools to enhance our operations.
Candidate Experience and Expertise
* Team leadership and management – providing the team with guidance, coaching and support to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
* Retail operations – overseeing all aspects of store operations including inventory management, merchandising, sales performance and compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Customer service excellence – providing exceptional service and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers and community.
* Financial performance – managing budgets, cost control process, inventory and sales forecasting to ensure profitability.
* Community engagement – fostering strong relationships with the local community.
* Previous experience in the Ag industry – highly beneficial.
