Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated professional to undertake various administrative tasks within our organisation.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:

* General office administration duties
* Basic accounting and data entry tasks
* Providing excellent customer service and support
* Assisting with sales and ordering processes
* Managing social media updates and online presence


Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm.


About This Role

This is a hands-on position where every day is different. You'll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly, from assisting customers and managing orders to shaping our online presence.

Qualifications/Requirements

Strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, motivation, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Experience in customer service, data entry, sales, and basic accounting is advantageous but not essential.
