Job Title: Senior ICT Field Support Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior ICT Field Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level information technology and communications support and advice to clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day ICT support functions, including task assignment, incident escalation and resolution, and queue management. They will also develop and maintain clinical and business information systems to support the operations and strategic information needs of the region.
The WA Country Health Service is the largest country health system in Australia, providing health services to approximately half a million people. The organisation comprises seven regions, with a strong network of public hospitals, health services, and health centres located across rural and remote Western Australia.
