About the Role As a Casual Educator, you will:
* Support the delivery of high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF
* Create nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environments
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
* Maintain a safe environment in line with National Quality Standards
* Work collaboratively across different age groups as required

* Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
* Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card – QLD)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
* Availability for flexible casual shifts Monday–Friday
