The digital platforms we leverage include the CommBank app, NetBank, CommBiz and CommBiz Mobile.Do work that mattersThis Senior Digital Product Owner opportunity will see you create market-leading digital experiences for our business customers, focused on digital self-service. Reporting to the Crew Lead, you will lead and drive the delivery of new initiatives and broader roadmap for Business Banking on the CommBank app. You will develop new and enhance existing customer experiences, driving continuous improvement across our Digital platforms. This Squad is part of the Business CommBank app and NetBank Crew and is responsible for achieving outcomes for our business customers, solving product-agnostic customer problems through design, development and implementation of strategic change on the CommBank app.On any given week you will,Partner with business stakeholders (Product, branch network, risk, marketing, analytics) and your squad to define and deliver digital experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations.Act as the voice of the customer and translate this for the team.Simplify complex customer problems into meaningful initiatives and work streams into a roadmapBe accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalationsLead scrum teams to drive agile delivery of the product roadmapManage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed toManage the Squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR trackingWe are interested to hear from people who haveProven experience delivering Gen AI or Agentic AI initiativesProven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects as a Digital Product OwnerProven technical delivery experience, and proven experience delivering into mobile appsInfluential and confident stakeholder management skills; this role will see you working acrossrisk, product, digital, technology and compliance.Experience in building best practice and innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and product developmentHighly analytical skills with a strong commercial acumenRisk Mindset –All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.If you’re a driven, collaborative and enthusiastic who wants to have a real impact on the digital experience of our customers – we would love to hear from you!If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
