Job Description
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Visit automotive stores and franchises across the Eastern Seaboard.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and existing customers.
* Assist in marketing campaigns and new product launches.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in account management or sales / field sales within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
* Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
