**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our public sector team, for an established Town Planning desk within local government. This is predominantly a temp and contract desk, though there is opportunity for developing permanent job opportunities.
**About you**
- Have managed 360 recruitment desk within public sector
- Experience recruiting in Engineering, Town Planning or similar
- Temp recruitment experience, ideally fast-pace high volume environment
- Ability to manage your desk autonomously with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- A sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
- A passion for providing an exceptional level of service to all stakeholders
- A positive outlook and willingness to contribute to our team environment
- Positive attitude and solutions-focused
