What you'll be responsible for:
* Lead a cross-functional squad across Marketing, Data and IT resources
* Own prioritisation across analytics, reporting, customer data and marketing initiatives
* Act as the key link between marketing requests and technical delivery teams
* Manage incoming requests across analysis, dashboards, automation and AI proof of concepts
* Provide thought leadership on how data can improve customer engagement, campaign outcomes and decision‐making
* Support business continuity for marketing programs while internal resources shift toward transformation activity
* Help shape use cases and support migration activity into Databricks / enterprise data platforms
* Identify automation opportunities and smarter ways of working across the function
* Review squad capability, resource gaps and future skill requirements
What we're looking for:
* Experience leading cross‐functional squads, pods or delivery teams
* Strong background in data analytics, BI, customer insights or marketing data environments
* Proven ability to prioritise competing requests and keep delivery moving
* Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn business needs into practical use cases
* Comfortable operating in changing environments with multiple moving parts
* Exposure to Databricks, Power BI, Azure, Power Platform or modern data environments is beneficial
