The Civil Services Operator may also carry out additional tasks as required (e.g., mine services work, charge-up, bogging, service checks).Key responsibilitiesPromote and maintain a safety culture by compliance with company safety systems, policies, procedures, and accountabilities (i.e., FCCCs, JSEA, Prestart inspections, hazcards, and audits).Ensure all incidents, near misses, and hazards are reported to the Shift Supervisor.Undertake specific tasks as directed by the Underground Shift Supervisor.The ideal candidate will possess previous welding or carpentry experience and showcase the ability to initiate continuous collaboration with other departments on-site.You will also possess the followingHands-on experience in welding.Demonstrated experience in underground metalliferous mining.Proven track record in promoting and managing safety in the workplace.Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering safe planned outcomes.
