In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to support workers with injuries across a broad range of schemes.

This includes clients under Workcover, Department of Veterans Affairs, Motor Vehicle Accident Schemes, and other Comcare portfolios with exposure to industries like transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing and professional services. As such, no two days will be the same.

As an Occupational Therapist, with a strong belief in the health benefits of good work, you will call on your clinical reasoning skills to support people who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury or illness, return to and recover at work.

**Your duties will include**:

- Conducting various discipline-based assessments including Activities of Daily Living, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and pre-employment evaluations.
- Attending medical case conferences
- Working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including with injured works, insurers, employers, and other medical and allied health professionals
- Case management and report writing

**What will make you successful**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current unrestricted registrations with AHPRA
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people recover
