The Opportunity
As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, delivering end‐to‐end HR support across the site with a clear pathway to a future Head of HR role. You will play a key role in enabling both short and long‐term business strategy through the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
This is a broad generalist role where you will lead and contribute to key areas including organisational change, talent and succession planning, performance management, and employee relations. You will also play a critical role in supporting transformation projects, guiding leaders through change, and ensuring HR policies, processes, and systems are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with site leaders to deliver pragmatic HR solutions across workforce planning, employee relations, and day‐to‐day operations
* Support and lead employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, and disciplinary processes
* Drive talent and succession initiatives, supporting leaders to build capability and strengthen bench strength across the site
* Contribute to organisational change and transformation projects, coaching leaders through change and embedding new ways of working
* Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks are effectively implemented and continuously improved
What we're looking for
You're an emerging HR Business Partner who is ready to step into a broad, site‐based role and take ownership of both operational and strategic HR activities.
* Demonstrated experience in a senior HR generalist role within a complex, fast‐paced environment (manufacturing or blue‐collar exposure highly regarded)
* Hands‐on capability managing employee relations matters end‐to‐end, with the confidence to advise and guide leaders
* Experience supporting or delivering initiatives across talent, performance, and organisational development
* Ability to influence, coach, and build credibility with stakeholders across all levels of the business
* Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practice, and policy application
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities while contributing to broader HR projects and change initiatives
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach with the confidence to step up and grow into a future leadership role
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
