About the role
- Partner with the Home and Marketplaces Buying and Planning teams to understand trading priorities, product launches, and promotional opportunities.
- Translate commercial plans into actionable marketing briefs and strategic initiatives.
- Manage small-to-medium scale and rapid-to-market campaign opportunities that require agility and responsiveness.
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal events, promotional activity, exclusive brand partnerships, and home living campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (eComm, Loyalty, Social, Media, PR) and external creative agency teams to ensure compelling and consistent execution.
- Support the onboarding and launch marketing of new Home brands and Marketplace sellers.
- Coordinate launch marketing activity including asset management, campaign briefing, and cross-channel rollout (eComm, social, in-store).
- Ensure new partners are effectively integrated into customer touchpoints to build awareness and conversion.
- Support the management and reconciliation of marketing budgets and supplier-funded activities.
- Monitor campaign spend and track advertising subsidies in partnership with finance and category leads.
- Own and maintain marketing trackers, campaign calendars, and workflow tools to ensure efficiency and transparency.
- Track and report on campaign KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion and ROI.
- Assist with post‐campaign performance analysis and cross‐functional reviews.
About you
- Extensive experience in retail, category or brand marketing, ideally in home, lifestyle or FMCG.
- Proven experience coordinating cross‐channel marketing campaigns with internal and external partners.
- Ability to balance multiple deadlines and manage complex stakeholder requirements.
- Strong understanding of trading calendars and omnichannel customer experience.
- Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working closely with buying, planning, eComm and creative teams.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and systems (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Wrike).
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in a large retail or marketplace‐led organisation.
- Familiarity with co‐branded or supplier‐funded marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of omnichannel retail experience including VM, digital and in‐store coordination.
