Payroll Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP or similar large HR/Payroll systems and a working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide clear, professional support on payroll questions to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations. They will be responsible for timely and precise distribution of required reports, communicating payroll deadlines and requirements to ensure timely paperwork disbursements and deductions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert payroll advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
2. Ensure accurate employee records and manage file archiving per company policy
3. Prepare and deliver payroll reports within set deadlines
4. Maintain relationships internally and externally to support team goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Hands-on experience with SAP or similar large HR/Payroll systems
* Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central
