**Job Title:** Guest Experience Host

We're looking for a skilled Guest Experience Host to join our team at The Sebel Busselton. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll be responsible for providing warm welcomes, answering questions, and ensuring that every guest has an amazing stay with us.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing hospitality company that values innovation, growth, and fun. You'll have the chance to work closely with our resort operations team to provide seamless check-in experiences for owners and guests, while also building strong relationships with our customers to deliver exceptional service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and register guests, providing them with all the information they need to make their stay enjoyable
• Answer questions and provide recommendations on local area attractions
• Complete all department-related paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Use communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to assist guests and colleagues
• Work closely with the resort operations team to ensure a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
• Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community
• Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
• This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts
What You'll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Previous experience in a similar hotel position
• A genuine passion for customer service and the local area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• High levels of computer literacy
• Previous experience with a PMS system (advantageous)
• Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
