1. At-least 2 years Telstra sales provisioning experience
2. Permanent Role – with an ICT Telstra Partner

Our Client is a Telstra Partner. We are looking for someone to support the ICT business to accurately provision the sales and ensure the sales orders are completed accurately.
What will you do?
4. Demonstrate the ability to be customer focused, solutions orientated and the ability to follow up on outstanding things
5. Ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone and ensuring client satisfaction
6. Accurately provision and processing orders and coordinating with vendors to resolve any order issues
7. Process customer requests such as billing enquiries, new connects, transfer of ownerships, international roaming requests, porting services, Pin requests ,cancellations /suspensions and blocking services to name a few plus
Skill / Experience Requirements:
8. Strong customer engagement skills with at-least 4+ years of experience
9. Telstra experience – billing and provisioning
10. Must have At-least 2 years TELSTRA sales provisioning experience
11. Experience with vendor management, order fulfilment, order coordination, customer order fulfilment
12. Any ICT order provisioning and fulfilment shall be highly regarded
