Job Title:
A HSE Advisor is required to be stationed at APLNG.
About the Role:
* Provide advice, assistance, guidance and support to team members on all safety, security, health and environmental matters relevant to the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote a strong HSE culture, awareness and values.
* Provide accurate and expert technical advice on health and safety systems, standards; legislative requirements and risk management principles to all levels of personnel.
* Support projects, shutdown and rate reduction activities, ensuring work conducted is aligned with the HSEMS.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety preferred (Cert IV minimum).
* Exposure across onshore oil & gas projects or high-risk work environments.
* Working knowledge of maintenance methodology, materials, tooling and equipment used in the oil and gas industry or other heavy industrial industry.
* Strong working knowledge of high-risk license activities and associated hazards.
* Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
