Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own commercial litigation matters, running proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
* Provide clear, practical advice on complex disputes to a varied client base.
* Draft persuasive pleadings, affidavits and court documents to the highest standard.
* Appear in court and work closely with senior and junior counsel on case strategy.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through confident communication.
About You
* 3+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
* Proven ability to manage matters independently and achieve strong outcomes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
* Confident with modern legal research tools and technology.
