With multiple roles available within the team, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of dynamic areas within a quick-paced environment, with a lot of scope for professional growth and development.
**Your new role** 
Within the role you will act as the first point of contact for students, staff and external parties regarding professional experience placements. You will be receiving, resolving and/or escalating queries as appropriate, and develop and maintain records utilising spreadsheets, and databases of our placement software, such as Sonia.
You will work to coordinate all placement administrative requirements for assigned units, ensuring timelines are effectively managed as well as assisting with preparation of course materials, handbooks, forms and other documentation in relation to the provision of placements.
We are looking for someone with a positive, energetic outlook who loves a challenge, who can be flexible and adaptable when required. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work well as a team and independently.
