We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our ANZ Technical Support Team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for veterinary customers, providing expert support for in-clinic diagnostic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to veterinary clinics using diagnostic products.
* Troubleshoot and resolve product issues with professionalism and care.
* Respond to customer queries with clarity and empathy.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
