**Introduction**:
We're looking for a talented and passionate communication go-getter to join our growing communications team at Coliban Water as a Communication & Engagement Officer.
We want someone incredibly well organised, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn't afraid of a deadline or the unexpected, is a natural problem solver, remains cool in a crisis, loves all things communication, and who writes like a pro.
Every day will be a little bit different. You'll use your experience to design and deliver communication and engagement plans, prepare content that's factual (but also engaging and interesting), and you'll have the smarts to tailor your messages for the right channel (at the right time) to engage with our customers, stakeholders and communities.
You'll become a trusted advisor for your colleagues, understanding their needs and delivering timely, accurate and proactive advice and communication to support important projects, campaigns and activities. And you'll be equally comfortable engaging with external stakeholders, including the media.
With great plans, big things happening, and an exciting program of initiatives to help deliver safe, secure and sustainable water over the next 50 years, you'll be an advocate and chief storyteller for our business, continually evolving and sharing our story, and evaluating the success of how we do it.
In return, you'll be part of a great team doing work that makes a real difference - and that's a good feeling.
