About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone
- Process customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Identify parts and components for a variety of vehicles
- Manage stock control and assist with storage organization
- Conduct transactions over the phone, online, and face-to-face
