You will play a critical role in our food production team by keeping equipment, trays, and utensils clean, safe, and ready to keep production flowing.

The kind of work you may be doing
Depending on your availability and interest, your average week may include:
* Washing and sanitising kitchen equipment, trays, tubs, utensils, and production tools
* Maintaining a clean and organised wash bay in line with food safety standards
* Supporting the production and packing team by ensuring clean equipment is always available
* End-of-day food safety cleaning and shutdown procedures
* Contributing ideas to improve cleanliness, flow, and efficiency in the wash area

Who we are looking for
* You have hustle. You understand that clean equipment keeps the whole business moving and you take pride in doing the job well
* You're happy doing hands-on, physical work and enjoy completing tasks properly and efficiently
* You have a positive attitude and are open to learning. Many team members start in one area and grow into others over time
* You have good attention to detail and take food safety seriously
* Previous kitchen, hospitality, or factory experience is helpful but not required. Full training is provided
* You are reliable and turn up ready to work

* Based at our kitchen and meal production facility in Bomen, 10 minutes north of Wagga Wagga NSW
* Part-time and full-time roles available
* Family-friendly hours, Monday to Friday. Will work within school hours.
* Pay negotiated based on experience, in line with the Food and Beverage Manufacturing Award
