About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive customer service professional to join a dynamic team based out of Ravenhall VIC.
* Liaise with suppliers to build strong relationships.
* Track outstanding orders and overdue deliveries using inventory management software.
* Collaborate across departments to support supply chain optimisation.
* Maintain accurate records and data entry.
* Assist with supplier onboarding and other administrative tasks.
* Ensure all activities align with company safety, compliance, and sustainability standards.
* Deliver prompt, professional service to internal and external stakeholders.
About You
We are seeking a candidate with:
* Familiarity with inventory systems – experience with database management software is a bonus.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
