We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Managed Services team, supporting a mix of existing client projects and new work as it comes through. Based in Adelaide (ideally), this is a permanent role where you'll play a key part in delivering infrastructure projects and contributing to the ongoing modernisation of our Managed Services delivery.
You'll work across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business outcomes.
What you'll be doing
* Deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure projects across Managed Services clients
* Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations
* Support onboarding of new clients and transition of services into BAU
* Drive improvements as part of a broader Managed Services modernisation program
* Work closely with technical teams (cloud, network, EUC, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery
* Provide regular reporting, governance, and financial tracking across projects
What you'll bring
* Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure projects in a Managed Services environment
* Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and commercial delivery
* Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different clients
* Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
* Experience transitioning projects into BAU Managed Services support
* Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (preferred)
