Job Summary
A seasoned professional is sought after to lead and drive digital transformation across the Financial Services Audit practice. This Manager role sets the strategic vision for digital initiatives in Oceania, enabling teams to implement the latest analytics and technologies while driving change at local and regional levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive and communicate the strategic vision for digital transformation across Oceania Financial Services Audit, working closely with Assurance leadership.
2. Collaborate on the development and execution of digital strategies, champion new technologies and analytics, and represent Oceania in global digital forums.
3. Identify, evaluate, and champion emerging technologies, analytics, and digital solutions to drive continuous improvement in audit processes and client outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Tertiary education qualification(s) in Business, IT or STEM related disciplines.
2. Strong working knowledge of EY Helix and Digital GAM, with hands-on audit experience.
3. Solid understanding of audit methodology and how digital tools can transform audit.
