Our Facilities Presentation team are seeking motivated, customer-focused people to join us in the role of Amenities Cleaner. You will be part of our dynamic and supportive team who take pride in delivering high-quality services to our community. Working autonomously, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, with the focus on cleaning and maintaining public toilets to ensure our city's amenities are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Other responsibilities include:
* Operating small plant and equipment
* Using field technologies, including tablets
* Collecting and replacing used sharps containers
* Reporting potential public safety hazards
* Completing administration tasks related to the role

Conditions of Employment include:
* Rotating roster with some commencing times from 4:00am – 6:00am
* Weekend work
* Work across multiple LGA sites

Specifically, you will have:
* Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, perform duties in a reliable and enthusiastic manner, working as an individual and in a team environment
* Proven ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
* Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service
* Proven literacy and numeracy skills and computer skills, including the use of field technology such as tablets
* Understanding of environmental controls relevant to the role
* Class C Driver's licence
* Experience in the use of small plant and equipment such as high-pressure cleaning equipment

* Competitive salary from $58,018 to $67,426 a year plus 12 per cent superannuation
* Commencing salary set in line with skills and experience with annual reviews available to support movement through the salary range
* Additional increment and travel allowances apply
* Annual Enterprise Agreement pay increases apply

* 38-hour working week with a nine-day fortnight
