Your next opportunity
We are looking for YOU, an enthusiastic customer-focused individual, to join our team as an in-house Inside Sales Representative within our growing Concrete division based in our Milton office.
**Your day will involve**:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to Boral's small to medium-sized client base
- Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing business
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products
- Maintain our customer database to ensure all client details and sales records are accurate.
**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated experience working within a customer service or sales position OR within a customer service centre environment
- Well-development verbal communication skills & strong stakeholder management skills
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic setting and is eager to contribute to collective success
- Proficiency in computer skills is required; prior experience with CRMs and data entry is highly desirable
