Your New Role
Working with a diverse range of clients, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering our tailored recruitment solutions. Your day-to-day will include:
* Building and nurturing strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-up
* Understanding client needs, company culture, and role requirements to deliver best-fit candidates
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, psych testing and reference checking
* Staying on top of timelines, hitting deliverables, and keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way
* Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
* Spotting new business opportunities and helping us grow our reach and impact
What You'll Bring
Recruitment experience? Great – but not essential. We're more interested in your mindset and motivation. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Experience (minimum 2 years) in a client-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine passion for people and customer service
* Clear, confident communication skills – both written and verbal
* An eagle eye for process, systems and timelines
* Strong tech skills and confidence with digital tools
* A team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
* Full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available for this role
