We’re now looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second level support to our internal staff and external customers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. 
Responsibilities 
- Act as a single point of contact for phone and email queries regarding IT issues. 
- Take ownership of technical problems and follow through to resolution or escalation. 
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software issues (desktops, laptops, tablets, iPhones/iPads, printers). 
- Troubleshoot basic network issues and escalate unresolved tickets to higher-level support teams. 
- Maintain and update the IT asset database. 
- Assist with in-house application user testing and publish support documentation. 
- Deliver basic support in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive). 
- Perform basic Active Directory administration (creating user accounts, resetting passwords, managing security groups). 
- Ensure all service management principles are adhered to, and provide excellent customer service. 
- Work as part of a 24/7 rotating roster to ensure round-the-clock IT support coverage. 
Qualifications 
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT Service Desk or Call Centre environment. 
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365. 
- Incident management experience, including ownership of incidents and stakeholder communication. 
- Experience troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation). 
- Basic Active Directory administration skills. 
- Exposure to EDI/B2B related support issues. 
- Excellent verbal communication and organisational skills. 
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on customer service. 
- Ability to work full time in Australia and obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC). 
- Understanding of the extended supply chain/logistics sector in Australia.
