About The Role
We are seeking a Lead / Senior Health Economist to join our Reimbursement & Pricing team in Abbotsford.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering reimbursement and pricing strategies across a portfolio, ensuring high‐quality, 'right first time' submissions to the payer that ensures timely patient access via PBS/NIP listings and strong commercial outcomes for GSK.
Responsibilities
* Lead development of optimal PBAC/MSAC submissions aligned to portfolio strategy and timelines
* Partner with cross‐functional stakeholders to shape innovative pricing and market access strategies
* Provide technical expertise in health technology assessment, clinical evaluation, evidence generation, cost effectiveness and epidemiological modelling
* Conduct local market access assessment of pipeline assets and indication expansions
* At the Lead level, mentor team members and support capability development across the function
Qualifications
* In depth knowledge of health economics and market access in the Australian pharmaceutical environment
* Demonstrated experience with developing PBAC/MSAC/Health Technology Assessment submissions, health economic models and supporting health outcomes research
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* At the Lead level, experience in people leadership and senior business partnering
