Your role
Walter P Moore is currently seeking a full-time Graphic Designer Intern for the Corporate Marketing Group at the Pune office, where responsibilities include assisting in creating visual content, contributing to various design projects, collaborating with team members, applying design principles, receiving feedback to enhance skills, and managing design files and assets.
Responsibilities
In this position, the qualified individual will require an intentional focus on:
* Use Adobe InDesign to develop and coordinate materials for proposals, qualifications packages, and brochures.
* Occasional design of custom graphics for proposals, qualification packages, presentations, leave-behind collateral, and advertisements that complement standard templates and brand standards.
* Update and maintain marketing collateral and database.
In addition, the qualified individual will also be responsible for:
* Project and client database management.
* Industry research, data gathering, and reporting.
* Occasionally attend industry-related organization functions and events.
* Occasionally assist with the development and management of strategic local business development plans.
* Additional related tasks as assigned.
About you
Qualifications
* BA/BS degree with a concentration in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Communications is highly preferred.
* 1 to 3 Years of relevant experience.
* 1 to 3 years of experience in an AEC services firm is preferred.
* Experience as a proposal/marketing coordinator in a professional services firm (i.e. construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial real estate organization) preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite. InDesign is required.
* Must be detail-oriented, work well in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong writing, editing, organization, and computer skills.
* Experience with CRM databases preferred.
* Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads.
* Ability to lead processes and work with colleagues who have diverse interpersonal styles.

Training and development
