We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Legal Assistant to join our dynamic in-house legal team at Retail Food Group, based on the beautiful Gold Coast! As our Legal Assistant, you will be motivated and detail-oriented ready to support our internal legal team in managing various aspects of the company’s business.

The Role
As our Legal Assistant, you will work closely with the internal legal team to manage various aspects of the company’s business operations. Your role will involve supporting the legal team in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the legal department.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing standard franchise grant documentation accurately and on time in line with company guidelines
* Supporting Legal Counsel with a broad range of business and legal matters
* Liaising with internal teams, franchise partners, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination
* Maintaining legal documentation, records, and filing systems to a high standard
* Assisting with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Upholding workplace health and safety practices and reporting hazards or incidents
What you’ll bring:
* Excellent communication: Strong oral and written English skills.
* Attention to detail: Exceptional spelling, proofreading, and attention to detail.
* Technical proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
* Data entry experience: Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
* Professionalism: A professional manner, integrity, and the ability to take responsibility for quality work with quick turnaround times.
* Energetic and positive attitude: A proactive, enthusiastic work outlook with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
