Shower Re-grouting / Sealing / Caulking / Tiling
The Grout Guy is looking for tilers to work within our NSW team. We are a fast-growing business currently located across Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane. We take pride in providing quality service to our customers and a positive work environment for our employees. We are a passionate and enthusiastic team striving to be the best in our industry
This role is permanent with leave entitlements.
Seeking applicants in all areas.
Reporting to the State Manager, the successful applicant will:
* Drive our branded company vehicle with fuel, tolls and uniform provided
* Have all tools and equipment provided and be paid on a weekly basis
* Follow a pre-set schedule that is provided with full administration support. No more chasing jobs
* Meet with customers and quote new jobs
* Manage your day and your jobs via our app
* Re-grout and seal leaking showers, splash-backs, floors, balconies, etc
* Occasionally tile
* Monthly meet ups & Annual Pay reviews
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
* Be a Certified Wall and Floor Tiler with a White Card and Driver's Licence
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide a fantastic service to our customer
* Be reliable and have a great work ethic and positive attitude
* Be able to work well under pressure and be supportive within a team environment
* Fluently speak, read, & write in English
* Provide a police check
* All paperwork is to be submitted prior to the commencement date
