Position: Retail Sales Store Manager
Location: Wagga Wagga NSW 2650
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on tactical gear and apparel.
* Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their specific needs.
* Maintain store presentation, ensuring products are well-organized and displays are appealing.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous retail or customer service experience in a management position.
* Interest or background in military, law enforcement, or outdoor activities is highly regarded.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends.
* Availability to work four or more shifts per week is expected for this casual position.
