What you will do?
* Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
* Assist in the set up and maintenance of dining and service areas
* Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
* Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
More about you
* Previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
* Food Safety Certificate
* Bartender skills with beer, wine and cocktailknowledge is highly desirable
* Barista skills or coffee-making experienceis highly desirable
* Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
* Experience in cash handling
* Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
* Ability to work autonomously when required
