About The Role
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying, pursuing, and nurturing client opportunities. You will work closely with our leadership team to bring in current business while ensuring existing relationships remain strong.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across AEK Media's service offerings.
* Developing and executing outreach strategies to connect with potential clients.
* Coordinating the end-to-end sales cycle, including pitching, proposals, and negotiations.
* Coordinating internal marketing efforts with the in‐house marketing team.
* Maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring AEK Media's solutions align with their business goals.
* Collaborating with internal teams to provide clients with seamless service and exceptional results.
* Helping track and measure business development KPIs to inform future strategies.
* Maintaining and optimizing our CRM platform (HubSpot).
* Organizing marketing and events, including internal and external events, and creating and managing social assets and accounts.
* Performing supportive administrative duties such as answering calls, diary and email management, general office duties, and meeting management.

Qualifications
* 1‐2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, client management, or sales (agency experience preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A results‐driven approach with an ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities at once.
* A proactive mindset and a desire to grow with the business.
* A basic understanding of digital marketing (bonus points if familiar with eCommerce).
