Customer Support and Systems Administrator

This role requires a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support, reporting, and market research to the Business Line Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing system support, executing training and implementing system updates, liasing with IT and Systems experts, identifying process and systems improvement opportunities, setting up and administration of online e-commerce platforms, providing first-line support to assist Sales Teams and customers with e-commerce solutions, maintaining data integrity within the e-business systems, and executing reports and analysing information to support the CSC management team in improving sales efficiency and hit rates.

You will thrive in a busy environment by prioritising, strong time management, and being highly organised. You have some form of systems or applications training and ideally have worked in a similar role previously. Customer service and customer focus are your forte, and you come with the ability to understand, monitor, and update existing business or work processes.


Requirements:

* A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with systems and applications, preferably in a similar role.
* Ability to understand and update existing business or work processes.
* Excellent computer proficiency.
