As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join us in a flexible contractor capacity.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to practise at an advanced nursing level within a mature, governance-led telehealth platform.
You'll deliver evidence-based care through structured programs designed to improve access, reduce barriers and meet patients where they are. Supported by established protocols and a collaborative virtual care team, you'll focus on clinical quality without the administrative burden of traditional settings.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct video and phone consultations with new and existing patients
* Provide clinical assessment, education and treatment recommendations within scope
* Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines
* Review patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
* Triage complex cases to medical practitioners or pharmacists where required
* Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, allied health professionals and internal teams
* Contribute feedback to improve systems, protocols and overall patient experience
What You'll Bring
* Master of Nursing qualification
* Current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA (unrestricted)
* Current PBS prescriber number (or eligibility to obtain one)
* Recent experience practising as a Nurse Practitioner in primary healthcare
* Confidence working autonomously within a telehealth or digital health environment
* Strong clinical judgement and patient-centred communication style
* Alignment with evidence-based, ethical care delivery
