Based in Port Macquarie on the beautiful Mid North coast, our family business operates 1 retail shop and 5 mobile pool servicing vehicles.
We seek an honest, energetic person with some technical/mechanical aptitude to support growth in the areas we service.
You will be trained in all facets of pool servicing and given the autonomy to service your allocated customers and build trusting relationships.ResponsibilitiesTest and balance water using analytical equipment.Manually clean residential and commercial pools and spas.Perform scheduled maintenance procedures on pool equipment.Able to provide the ultimate customer experience.QualificationsA relevant pool, plumbing or technical background is preferred; training can be provided for the successful candidate.A clean police and driving record.A commitment to safe work practices.Fitness to meet the physical demands of the job including heavy lifting.High self-motivation, energy and flexibility to adapt to fluid situations.Experience interacting well with customers.Ability to work within tight timelines.Desire to work under minimal supervision.Physical ability to carry equipment and work in sometimes steep and exposed conditions all day.A positive attitude and a customer service commitment.Remuneration and ApplicationRemuneration will be according to relevant experience and skills.
