Our client, a prominent Education Facility located South of the River, is currently seeking a Human Resources professional with a customer service focused approach to coordinate the end to end administration of Human Resources.
You will demonstrate a high degree of data accuracy, initiative, and attention to detail. You will have the flexibility to work autonomously and also as part of a team, a positive outlook and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands.
Duties
* Preparation of Contracts of Employments
* Coordinate and process staff extended leave requests
* Coordinate the appraisal process for staff
* Set up and maintain employee personnel files
* Coordinate end to end recruitment
* Maintain staff contracted register, phone and class lists
* Maintain employee databases
* HR statistics and reporting
Essential Criteria
* A tertiary qualification with at least 3 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, qualifications, and training
* Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to make decisions when required and to be proactive
* Excellent presentation
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Current National Police Clearance (less than 6 months)
* Current Working With Children WA Check
Previous experience working in an Education Facility will be highly regarded.
This is a Full Time role, however part‐time hours would be considered.
