The Company Our client is one of the leading suppliers in certain commercial equipment.
Sitting on over 40 years of success, they are continuing to see an increase in demand and grow and having just moved ERP systems, they require some temporary support to work through a backlog.
The Role Supporting the Purchasing team of 3, this role will provide temporary support with the transition to a new ERP, processing a backlog of credit notes, purchase orders and updating details in the new system - Business Central.
They are looking for a candidate with a key eye for detail and proven experience managing and processing data.
This is a temporary role starting ASAP for 3 months minimum, with potential to extend.
They operate Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 100% office based.
Duties Some of your duties will include: Processing a backlog of credit notes in the new ERP system such as; Processing returns, recording stock back into the warehouse, transferring stock locations, reinforcing with correct pricing etc. in Business Central Reviewing PO's and Sales orders to look for gaps in ordering/ parts not ordered Reviewing Purchase orders for completeness Review and potential follow up of outstanding shipments Other Administrative/ transaction processing may be required Your Profile To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience in a Purchasing, Stock Administrator, Bookkeeper or Returns administrative role - essential Previous experience with Business Central - desirable not essential Be immediately available to start
