We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Middle School team.
Job Description:
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of our school's culture and climate. This includes ensuring the implementation of our vision and policies through the development and maintenance of Middle School practice that aligns with our overall ethos and climate.
This is a full-time permanent role commencing in Term 1. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to Christian education and will be able to provide evidence of their experience in teaching and educational leadership.
Requirements:
* Personal Christian faith and a commitment to this community of faith and practice
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications in education
* 5 years' experience in teaching
* Experience in educational leadership
* Depth of principles of Christian education
* Exemplary teaching practice
* Highly developed administrative skills
* Highly effective written and oral communication skills
* Highly developed interpersonal and relational skills
