Executive Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, confidential, and efficient administrative services to the Executive Team.
This is a full-time opportunity with immediate start, working Monday – Friday. You will be rewarded with $49.03 per hour + Superannuation and have access to a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage diaries, correspondence, and travel arrangements for executives.
* Prepare high-level documents, including briefings and agendas, and conduct research to ensure executives are fully prepared for all meetings.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, Board members, and other key stakeholders.
* Identify and respond to complex issues, providing solutions and keeping executives informed of critical matters.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an Executive Support position is essential.
* Experience in the public sector is highly regarded.
* Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
* Discretion and professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential issues.
* Problem-solving skills to work autonomously and implement effective solutions.
* Expert digital literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
* A Police Clearance within 12 months is required.
