Located at Underwood, we are seeking a motivated and organised individual to assist with day-to-day fulfilment activities. You'll be responsible for managing orders, tracking stock movements, and supporting warehouse administration to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
This part-time role plays a crucial part in maintaining systems, processes and meeting all delivery and fulfilment timeframes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify, stock management, Ecommerce fulfilment, returns and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Track and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy through regular stock takes and audits.
Work closely with warehouse staff, supervise and coordinate daily pick and pack.
Assist with warehouse duties when required to ensure timely and accurate customer orders.
Respond to and resolve customer enquiries via phone and email.
Handle general administrative tasks, including reporting and record-keeping.
Manage online customer sign-ups.
Liaise with the marketing team to support campaigns, online sales, and product launches.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse systems and processes.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management (retail or wholesale preferred).
Minimum 2 years of warehouse or inventory management experience required.
Moderate navigation skills in Shopify platform required.
Excellent administration and organisational skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively with pick and pack, marketing, sales, and logistics teams.
